Jorgie Porter Confirms She’s Expecting A BOY With Fiancé Oliver Piotrowski

Hollyoaks star Jorgie Porter and her fiancé Oliver Piotrowski said they were “delighted” when they announced they were expecting a baby boy.

The 34-year-old actress, known for her role as Theresa McQueen in the Channel 4 soap opera, is due to give birth in December, a year after the couple got engaged.

Disclose the news in HELLO! magazine, the couple said having a ‘healthy baby was a dream come true’ as they opened up about their grief after multiple miscarriages.

Porter told the magazine: “We are delighted to reveal that we are expecting a baby boy. Ollie and I weren’t embarrassed anyway, of course. All we wanted was a baby.

“He is definitely very active and I can feel him doing somersaults and backflips. It’s amazing to think about what we’ve created.

Property developer Piotrowski, 33, described how emotional he was during routine ultrasound after miscarriages over the past year.

He said: “We had been through so much to get to this point and learned not to take anything for granted. Just having a healthy baby was a dream come true.

The couple announced they were expecting the baby in June in an Instagram video that showed Porter, Piotrowski and their dog each waving their hands to reveal the ultrasound photo.

Last August the couple discovered during their 14-week scan that Porter had lost the quadruplets they had conceived naturally and in February they learned of their second miscarriage at six weeks pregnant – on their birthday of engagement.

Porter said the news was “devastating”, adding: “But I felt like we had to keep the party going because we were in a room full of friends and family who love us.”

“It was so hard not to tell anyone, but we knew we would have their support when we told them later.”

The actress, who has also appeared on Dancing On Ice and I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here!, added, “We learned to appreciate every moment and after our experience last year, Ollie and I have become stronger than ever.

“Now we can’t wait to share that love with our little one.”

Piotrowski said, “She is so caring and caring, and she will be a super fun mom.
