Horizon Forbidden West DLC suggested via Guerilla job listing

There might be DLC for Horizon Forbidden West on the horizon. That’s if a new job offer is to be believed. “The Guerrilla Character Art Team is a multi-faceted group of artists with one goal: to bring the diverse tribes of Horizon’s worlds to life,” reads the lead character artist’s job description. “Working hand-in-hand with peers from other Guerrilla teams as well as external partners, this international team of creative problem solvers produces a wide variety of content while maintaining a tight-knit culture.” While that may not seem like much, the post goes on to describe how the company is looking for someone to capture the “various tribes of the Horizon worlds.” How mysterious.

Core Devs Leave ZA/UM “Involuntarily”, Not Working on Disco Elysium Sequel

Several of the key people behind the critically acclaimed Disco Elysium, including Robert Kurvitz, Aleksander Rostov and Helen Hindpere, were apparently kicked out of Studio ZA/UM late last year. The news comes from a publisher of the game, Martin Luiga. “I note that neither Kurvitz, Hindpere nor Rostov have worked there since the end of last year and their departure from the company was involuntary,” Luiga said. “Which would seem like bad news for loving fans waiting for the Disco Elysium sequel.”

Titanfall 2 Maps Reportedly Discovered in Apex Legends Datamine

The famous dataminer by the name of KralRindo has apparently found several references to Titanfall 2 maps in the latest Apex Legends update, a total of nine in fact. “With the latest patch, capture point locations have been added for another upcoming game mode,” KralRindo said on Twitter. “They also added many new maps for this LTM.” The dataminer then listed the new files, adding that “for people who don’t know, these are maps from Titanfall 2.” These include Exoplanet, Homestead, Angel City, Black Water Canal, Boneyard, Crash Site, Rise, Eden, and Colony in case you were wondering. It won’t bring Titanfall 2 back, but at least it’s a step in the right direction. Well, if you ask me.
